The UBC Sauder School of Business Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) provides a comprehensive business education with a solid foundation in management, finance, accounting, and other core areas. The Entrepreneurship major focuses on disruptive thinking, innovation, and the creation or transformation of new ventures and organizations. Students learn to build financial models, foster creative problem solving, and work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams. The program is highly experiential, including a capstone New Venture Design course where students develop real business concepts with peers from business, science, and engineering, culminating in prototypes and business plans. Graduates are prepared to launch startups or lead innovative growth within established organizations.
