UBC Vancouver’s BSN is an advanced standing, intensive, direct-entry program designed for students who already hold at least 48 non-nursing undergraduate credits. The program prepares graduates for professional practice as Registered Nurses (RNs) through theoretical and clinical coursework delivered over five consecutive terms. All graduates are eligible to apply for RN registration in British Columbia. The curriculum covers core nursing theory, health sciences, and extensive in-person clinical training at UBC and affiliated Metro Vancouver sites. The program begins each September, is delivered in-person, and has a single intake per year.
