The NUS Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law is a specialised graduate program offered by the Faculty of Law at the National University of Singapore. The program launched in 2005 in collaboration with East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in Shanghai, and classes are taught entirely in English. Students study at NUS Law in Semester 1 and at ECUPL in Semester 2. The curriculum covers company law, corporate finance, securities regulation, banking (domestic and international), taxation law, and other commercial law topics, leveraging Singapore’s position as a leading Asian commercial hub.
