The Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) at National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Business is a premier undergraduate program that prepares students to become real estate professionals capable of managing and creating wealth in the built environment. The program provides unique integration between the spatial and financial aspects of real estate—with graduates well-positioned for roles in investment, development, valuation, planning, and facilities management. NUS Real Estate students acquire both theoretical foundations and practical skillsets in professional fields such as land use policy, urban planning, valuation, portfolio investment, finance, asset management, marketing, and housing policy. The faculty works closely with industry and offers robust research opportunities through collaboration with the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS). Students must complete 160 Units and declare their major before the end of the 4th semester. The curriculum is taught in English over four years on campus at Kent Ridge.
