The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy offers a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Health-System Pharmacy Administration. This two-year, residency-based program is designed to develop future leaders and managers in health-system pharmacy. Candidates undergo both clinical and administrative training through a blend of didactic classes, clinical rotations, and immersive leadership experiences. Graduates are prepared for pharmacy directorships, hospital leadership, and executive roles in both clinical and administrative pharmacy, both domestically and internationally.
