The MFA in Art Studio at UC Davis, offered by the College of Letters and Science, is a two-year, generously funded graduate program focused on interdisciplinary artistic research and professional practice. Students receive 24-hour access to private studios, participate in vibrant visiting artist programs, and culminate their studies with a cross-disciplinary thesis exhibition in the Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art. The curriculum prepares graduates for careers in artistic production, education, curatorial practice, and community-based arts.
