The UC Davis School of Law LL.M. with a Concentration in Intellectual Property Law is designed for international law graduates and legal professionals seeking advanced exposure to intellectual property law. The program fully integrates LL.M. students with JD courses, providing in-depth study in IP law while offering practical experiences through externships, moot court, and research. Students must complete at least one foundational IP course and a total of 8 units in IP coursework, as well as a substantial research paper on an IP law topic. The program can be completed in one academic year with both August and January start options; a two-year option is also available.
