The Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design at the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, UC Davis, is designed to build student understanding and skills for creating sustainable communities and landscapes. Its curriculum emphasizes urban and environmental design, sustainable development theory and practice, green building, local planning and decision-making, community organizations, and presentation of sustainability strategies. The program integrates required core courses with electives from fields like civil and environmental engineering, plant science, and environmental policy.
