Curriculum Vitae: your latest curriculum vitae Personal Statement: A letter of interest (250-500 words) is required by the Deparment of Philosophy Recommendation Letter: Three letters of recommendation are required for Master of Arts in Philosophy. You can include references/recommedations email addresses in your online application, or have them send paper copies directly to department. Writing Sample: Ideally, a writing sample should be an undergraduate paper of about 15 pages, preferably from a philosophy course. However, if such materials are not available, we will also consider professional reports or other appropriate documents of which the applicant was sole author. For students who have completed Master's Degrees in other fields, a chapter of a thesis may also be appropriate as a writing sample.
