The Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MSEI) at the USC Marshall School of Business is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skill sets, and frameworks necessary to identify and evaluate business opportunities and create or lead new entrepreneurial ventures—either independently or within larger organizations. The curriculum emphasizes entrepreneurial decision-making, business model development, feasibility analysis, leading innovation and change, and accessing capital and other resources for successful venture launches. Classes are offered primarily in the evening to accommodate working professionals. The Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies—one of the most renowned centers in the U.S.—hosts the program, which is highly experiential and can be completed in as little as one year full-time or over two years part-time. Graduates are prepared for careers as founders, innovators, and leaders in startups, corporate innovation, or technology commercialization.
