USC Rossier School of Education's PASA program provides students with foundational and practical knowledge in higher education administration and student affairs, focusing on areas such as academic advising, residential life, student advocacy, campus activities, diversity, legal matters, and the history of higher education. The curriculum requires completion of 30 units, including six core courses, three focus courses aligned to student career goals, and a capstone project. Graduates are prepared for a range of administrative and leadership positions across postsecondary institutions, and the program emphasizes educational equity, student development, and leadership in diverse college environments. The program is offered on campus with classes typically held Mondays through Thursdays in the late afternoon and evening. Most students work part- or full-time while enrolled.
