USC Rossier’s Master of Education in Sports Leadership (MSL) (online) is designed for professionals seeking to advance in the dynamic sports industry with a strong emphasis on ethical leadership, equity, and data-driven decision-making. The flexible program caters to working adults and features two specialization tracks: Coaching and Postsecondary Athletic Administration. Graduates build expertise in coaching philosophy, athletic management, athlete development, mental health advocacy, and inclusive leadership. The program concludes with a Capstone project that integrates leadership theory and practice for sports organizations.
