The Master of Science in Public Policy (MSPP) at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy, Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, Georgia Tech, is a comprehensive graduate program that prepares students for leadership roles in an increasingly technology-driven policy environment. With a strong interdisciplinary curriculum, the program focuses on the intersection of science, technology, and public policy, offering specializations in environmental policy, communications, transportation, health, urban development, education, and more. Students gain advanced analytical and practical skills, benefiting from a nationally recognized faculty with expertise in S&T policy, environmental policy, and innovation. The program emphasizes practical solutions and policy implementation, and requires 46 credit hours including core courses, electives, and either a professional policy paper, team project, or research thesis. A summer internship or professional assignment is encouraged between the first and second year.
