This program is a two-year, full-time combined degree jointly offered by the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta. It prepares students with an undergraduate engineering background for leadership roles by equipping them with advanced technical expertise in one of four engineering fields, alongside comprehensive business and management training. Students complete foundational MBA courses in the first year and graduate engineering courses in the second year, including a significant capstone engineering project integrating both business and technical components. Graduates earn both the MBA and MEng degrees.
