The Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology (NBB) major at Emory University is an interdisciplinary undergraduate program merging neuroscience and behavior through coursework and research. It combines resources from biology, psychology, anthropology, chemistry, philosophy, and the medical school, and is recognized as one of Emory College's signature programs with over 500 majors and approximately 140 graduates annually. The curriculum covers neurobiology, molecular biology, psychology, behavioral neuroscience, neuroethics, and human social neuroscience. Significant opportunities exist for independent and mentored research with renowned faculty as well as participation in study abroad, collaboration with institutions such as the CDC and the American Cancer Society, and engagement in honors and neuroscience societies.
