The Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy (Joint Program) is a collaborative degree between Georgetown University's College of Arts & Sciences and McCourt School of Public Policy, launching with the class of 2027. Students spend the first two years on the Hilltop Campus completing a liberal arts core curriculum and a gateway course in public policy. In junior and senior years, students transition to the Capitol Campus, focusing on an interdisciplinary public policy curriculum including statistics, economics, political analysis, policy implementation, skills-based courses, electives in policy clusters (such as environment, international development, social policy, governance, technology), and a required experiential component (internship or policy lab). The program's aim is to develop graduates equipped to address complex global public policy challenges with both analytical tools and practical experience.
