The Master of Science in Food Chemistry at the TUM School of Life Sciences offers an interdisciplinary and analytical-chemical education, focusing on the entire value-added chain of the food sector—from production through processing and packaging to preparation. The program provides detailed molecular-level knowledge about the essential reactions during food processing and preparation and develops expertise in analytical methods for evaluating food quality, food law, food toxicology, and quality assurance.
