The MSc in Vocational Education and Innovation at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) School of Social Sciences and Technology is a blended-learning, part-time program primarily delivered online with four one-week in-person sessions and a week of job-shadowing in Munich. It is designed for international professionals aiming at leadership roles or innovation in vocational education and training (VET). The curriculum includes core areas such as digital transformation, governance in VET, teaching and learning, research, management, and leadership. Graduates are trained to analyze and integrate advanced teaching methods, conduct qualitative and quantitative educational research, and design and implement educational reform.
