The Electrical and Computer Engineering B.Sc. at the School of Computation, Information and Technology, Technical University of Munich, provides foundational and specialized training in electrical engineering alongside computer engineering. The curriculum includes compulsory modules in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, information technology, and signals & systems in the first four semesters. Students develop core engineering competencies, practical experience (through a nine-week engineering internship), and interdisciplinary skills (soft skills modules). In the final year, students choose modules from cutting-edge research areas such as electromobility, biomedical engineering, robotics, nanoelectronics, and computer engineering, followed by a Bachelor's thesis. Instruction is mainly in German, with some English modules from the fifth semester. Graduates are prepared for professional work or master's studies.
