The Master of Company and Law (Onderneming en recht) at Utrecht University's Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance is designed to offer advanced legal knowledge centred on company law with strong integration of allied fields like labour law, competition law, and commercial property law. The program focuses on both Dutch and international company legal structures and practical skills, offering three specializations: Labour Law, Commercial Property Law, and International Business. Students engage in small-scale, practice-oriented teaching delivered by academics and legal practitioners, preparing them for a variety of legal careers in the corporate sector. The language of instruction is Dutch, though some courses or literature may be in English.
