The Master's programme in Physics and Astronomy at the Faculty of Science, University of Amsterdam is a joint degree with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). It is a two-year, full-time English-taught programme offering various specialisations, including Theoretical Physics, Advanced Matter and Energy Physics, and more. Students gain expertise from both universities and benefit from collaborations with leading international research institutes such as CERN, Nikhef, FOM Institute AMOLF, among others.
