Penn State Dickinson Law offers a flexible, one-year, full-time Master of Laws (LL.M.) program designed for domestic and internationally trained legal professionals. Students may pursue a concentration in Antitrust and Competition Law, taking specialized courses on U.S. and international antitrust laws, competition policy, market regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and related topics. The LL.M. provides advanced legal education with access to hands-on learning, world-class faculty, and preparation for the New York bar exam. Students must complete a minimum of 9 concentration credits with grades of C or higher. The program promotes career advancement in law firms, consulting, policy, academia, and roles demanding expertise in antitrust and competition matters.
