The LL.M. at Penn State Dickinson Law is a flexible, 24-credit graduate program designed for internationally trained lawyers and U.S. law graduates seeking advanced study of U.S. law with the option of concentrating in Business Law. Students complete coursework alongside J.D. peers, selecting electives such as Business Law, Corporate Law and Practice, Banking and Financial Regulation, Commercial Law, Antitrust and Competition Law, and related fields. The program provides all coursework necessary for the New York bar eligibility, experiential learning opportunities, and guidance from experienced faculty and legal scholars. Students may extend their studies for bar preparation or practical experiences.
