The Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, delivered online through Penn State World Campus, is a multidisciplinary undergraduate program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of law, legal principles, and the U.S. legal system. Students develop critical skills in logic, rhetoric, research, and legal writing. The curriculum includes American and comparative legal systems, rights in America, legal brief–writing, and the philosophical, political, and sociological contexts of law.
