In particular, let us know about any prior research, teaching, or programming experience. Personal Statement: A personal statement outlining your academic interests, professional goals, and reasons for selection our program (PDF or Microsoft Word format). Recommendation Letter: The names and email addresses of 3-4 recommendation writers. We must receive at least 3 letters of recommendation before we can evaluate your application. To expedite the process you may submit 4 names, and we will use the first 3 letters that arrive. Sample : A 2-3 page sample of computer code that you have written. Use comments to indicate what the program does, and how to use it. Use whatever programming language you prefer.
