The MSc in International Shipping and Transport Logistics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a multidisciplinary programme designed for bachelor's degree holders aspiring to careers in the maritime and logistics industries. Topics include shipping, logistics, economics, finance, management, law, insurance, marketing, IT applications, and China practices. Classes are typically scheduled on weekday evenings. The programme features compulsory subjects, a wide range of electives, and a mandatory internship (240 hours), emphasizing professional development and readiness for complex industry roles. Graduates are granted full exemption from the Qualifying Examination of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong, and may also receive exemptions from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
