The MIRHR program offered by the Faculty of Arts & Science at University of Toronto provides advanced academic study for students pursuing careers in human resources management, industrial relations, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, organizational development and change, and labour market and social policy. The curriculum is interdisciplinary, combining analytical and empirical methods relevant to employment relations. Students choose between a two-year program with 16 half-courses (8.0 FCE) or a 12-month advanced standing option for those with a relevant academic background. The program is designed to train professionals in the newest innovations and best practices within the field.
