The Master of Kinesiology (MKin) at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education is a 12-month, course-based graduate program launching in September 2025. It offers a blend of classroom learning and hands-on experiential education, including 300-hour placements or a capstone project. The multidisciplinary curriculum focuses on advanced knowledge in movement science, research-informed practice, and inclusive health promotion, preparing graduates for professional roles in healthcare, community recreation, and related fields. Three optional concentrations are available: Exercise as Medicine, Inclusive Physical Activity, and Health and Wellness. The program aims to cultivate professional leaders capable of advancing population health and well-being through movement and exercise.
