The Master of Law in European Union Law, International Law and Comparative Law (English Language) at the University of Macau aims to cultivate qualified jurists, professionals, and academics in these core areas of legal studies. Established to leverage Macau's strategic position as a bridge between China and Europe, the programme offers robust training in the legal frameworks of the EU, international bodies, and comparative legal systems. The course offers three majors—European Union Law, International Law, and Comparative Law. Students complete 30 credits: 24 from compulsory courses and 6 from required electives. Compulsory modules include Treaty Reforms in the EU, Contemporary Issues in International Law, Comparative Legal Systems, Research Methodology and Legal Writing, and major-specific courses such as Institutional Law of the EU, Economic Law of the EU, International Economic Law, Law of International Organizations, Common Law, or Comparative Contract Law. The programme is conducted entirely in English.
