This program, taught in English, focuses on Chinese Law and integrates a cross-cultural and international perspective, providing students with comprehensive knowledge of global and Chinese legal systems. It aims to cultivate bilingual and globally competitive legal professionals. Core courses include Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Administrative Law and Procedure, International Human Rights Law, and Global Business Law. The program reflects Macau’s multicultural, polyjuridical context, and aligns with global developments in legal education. Note that, due to differences in curriculum and the exclusion of Macao laws, Article 4.1 of the Lawyers’ Entry Regulations does not apply to graduates of this program.
