The MS in Organization Management and Strategy is a global track master’s program jointly offered by NYU Stern and NYU Shanghai that prepares recent college graduates for management roles in today’s interconnected, dynamic global business environment. Coursework spans strategy, strategic thinking, innovation, decision making, collaboration, teams, design thinking, negotiation skills, and international business. Teaching methods include case analyses, simulations, lectures, discussions, and real-world projects. The program culminates in a semester-long experiential capstone pairing students with companies to solve real business problems.
