The Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner MS program at NYU Rory Meyers prepares experienced RNs to assess, diagnose, and treat infants, children, adolescents, and young adults across primary care settings using evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines. The curriculum emphasizes problem-based learning, interprofessional education, simulation with standardized patients, and clinical placements with certified PNPs. Graduates earn the MS and are eligible to sit for the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board’s Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner–Primary Care (CPNP‑PC) exam; the program highlights leadership, advocacy, and population-based quality improvement competencies.
