An interdisciplinary MS that develops a broad understanding of management challenges across metropolitan infrastructure (transportation, water, power, etc.), integrating engineering, infrastructure financing, environmental policy and planning. Students complete five core courses, then specialize in an urban sector and finish with either a 3-credit capstone project or a 6-credit master’s thesis. The program targets professionals from engineering and non-engineering backgrounds for careers in government agencies, public/private utilities, and service industries across metropolitan sectors.
