NYU Abu Dhabi’s Physics BS develops quantitative reasoning, experimental and programming skills while studying matter, energy, and their interactions. Students complete a rigorous Foundations of Science sequence, core physics (mechanics, E&M, quantum, stat mech, thermo, advanced lab), mathematics (calculus, multivariable, linear algebra, ODEs), electives, a research seminar, and a two-semester capstone. The major offers specializations in Astrophysics and Biophysics.
