The Ohio State University College of Optometry offers a **two-year dual degree program** combining an MS in Vision Science with a clinical residency in one of four specialties: Cornea and Contact Lenses, Binocular Vision and Pediatrics, Low Vision Rehabilitation, or Community Outreach. The program begins in June with an initial emphasis on clinical activities and research exploration. From autumn onward, participants split time 50/50 between clinical practice and Master's studies, culminating in both a completed residency and MS by the end of the second spring semester. This intensive program integrates clinical experience with graduate research, preparing graduates for advanced clinical, academic, or research careers.
