The program features a multidisciplinary approach encompassing neuroscience, statistics, and data science, with strong emphasis on research and practical skills. Students undertake a substantial research project, gaining experience in experimental design, data analysis, and science communication. Graduates are well prepared for careers in research, wildlife conservation, education, animal management, science communication, or media. The program is located at the Streatham Campus and is supported by the Centre for Research in Animal Behaviour (CRAB). Students can expect exposure to both theoretical and hands-on training, including fieldwork, laboratory studies, and research apprenticeships.
